You pay or your guests pay: Beverage orders are tallied during the event for one payee to pay final bill OR each guest has a tab and pays at the end for their own beverages.
You can put a dollar amount on the bar (you choose amount) to put towards your guests drinks and after that guests are responsible for their own beverage purchases.
Each guest pays for their own beverages during your event.
